Shipping Address for Returns

If you are eligible for a return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and given shipping instructions. 

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, because we are not responsible if your package is lost on its way to us, and we will not issue a return if we do not receive your product. 

Return labels are available upon request, and we will deduct the cost of the shipping from your refund.
