EverPup and Nutrocept Taste Guarantee

EverPup and Nutrocept both feature a "Bottom of the Jar Taste Guarantee," so you can try it with your dog and return it to us for a full refund -- even if you buy it from another retailer, veterinarian, or online shop!

If you've tried everything you can think of to get your dog to love EverPup or Nutrocept, and you just can't think of anything else to try, it's OK to send back your jar to us for a refund -- even if it's opened! 

To take advantage of this guarantee, just send an email to cs(at)functionalnutriments.com and tell us you want to take advantage of the guarantee. Also tell us where you purchased your jar of EverPup or Nutrocept, and how much you paid for it. 

Then, ship your opened jar (even if it's empty!) to the shipping address you are given, including a copy of your original receipt.

Once we receive your empty or partly empty jar, we'll issue a refund for your jar (if you bought it from us) or send you a check in the mail if you bought the jar from your veterinarian or a retailer. We will reimburse you for the full amount you paid to your veterinarian or retailer -- just make sure you send us that receipt!

For obvious reasons, we can only do this once per household :-)
