GMO Ingredients

At this time, lecithin is generally extracted from soybeans, and most soybean crops at this point in the U.S. are genetically modified. However, keep in mind that lecithin is an extract, not made from the entire bean. The individual cells of the plant are opened up to extract the lecithin from inside the cell.

If we find a viable, non-GMO source of lecithin in the future, we will use it, but for now, the cost would increase so much that most people would be unable to afford Apocaps® or our other products.
