Can I Cancel Autoship?
Of course you can! Just log-in to your Account and click Manage Subscriptions. Then click "cancel" and tell us why you are canceling (if you like). Make sure you hit the submit button to confirm your cancellation.
If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not get charged, and we will not ship your product.
If you have already been charged for your auto-ship, our warehouse has already started to fulfill your order. In that case, please contact us to see if we can cancel your shipment. If we can, we will cancel your shipment and process a refund for you.
If you want to resume shipment, just log in to your Account and "reactivate" your subscription. It really couldn't be easier!
