How to Open an Apocaps CX Capsule

Opening the Apocaps® CX or Apocaps® CXE capsule may seem difficult at first, but it's very simple and easy to do. To open the capsule, make sure you have a clean bowl and have washed your hands thoroughly.

Over the clean bowl, pinch each of the capsule's ends together and gently twist, moving your hands slowly apart. Continue this motion until the capsule breaks apart.

The bowl should catch any flyaway powder from inside the capsule.
